Chris
Chris graduated from the University of Ottawa in 2023 with his Master of Health Sciences in Physiotherapy. After graduating with a Bachelor of Health Sciences in Human Kinetics in 2018, Chris spent some time working as a physiotherapy assistant. It was during this time that he developed a passion for physiotherapy and decided to pursue a career in this field. Chris enjoys treating people of all backgrounds, from high-level athletes to weekend warriors and everyone in between. He strives to help people feel better, move better, and perform at their best.
Chris places a great deal of importance on patient education, and he makes sure to equip his patients with the right knowledge to help them play a central role in their recovery. While making sure to stay current on new and emerging research, his treatment style combines hands-on techniques performed in clinic with targeted exercise programs performed at home. Chris strives to not only help you relieve your pain, but to also find and address the root cause of it.
In his spare time, Chris enjoys strength training and running. He is also a big movie buff and loves listening to music.
