Andrew is a Registered Physiotherapist and is a member of the Orthopaedic division of the Canadian Physiotherapy Association (CPA). He graduated from the University of Toronto with a Master of Science in Physical Therapy after receiving a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Science from the University of Ottawa.
Andrew is experienced in working with a wide spectrum of clients with varying musculoskeletal, orthopedic and neurological injuries and conditions, and is involved in continuing education and professional development. He is also eager to develop his skills in knowledge translation and has volunteered his time as a clinical skills lab assistant for physiotherapy students at the University of Toronto.
Nadine completed her Masters of Science in Physical Therapy at the University of Toronto, and her Bachelor of Science in Health Sciences at the University of Ottawa.
Nadine is an expert at creating comprehensive treatment plans to improve performance and optimize recovery. Nadine uses a combination of education, manual therapy techniques, and custom exercise programs to restore function, manage pain, improve biomechanics, and avoid re-injury. She has a passion in orthopedics, neurological injuries and pediatrics.
Nadine is a strong believer that the human body is resilient and capable of accomplishing more than we think. She believes that everyone should have a better understanding of their body, and uses education to empower her clients in every session. She is a lifelong learner, and intends to continue to learn and grow to ultimately provide her patients with the best care. Nadine is dedicated to helping you get back to doing what you love and achieving your goals!

Chris graduated from the University of Ottawa in 2023 with his Master of Health Sciences in Physiotherapy. After graduating with a Bachelor of Health Sciences in Human Kinetics in 2018, Chris spent some time working as a physiotherapy assistant. It was during this time that he developed a passion for physiotherapy and decided to pursue a career in this field. Chris enjoys treating people of all backgrounds, from high-level athletes to weekend warriors and everyone in between. He strives to help people feel better, move better, and perform at their best.
Chris places a great deal of importance on patient education, and he makes sure to equip his patients with the right knowledge to help them play a central role in their recovery. While making sure to stay current on new and emerging research, his treatment style combines hands-on techniques performed in clinic with targeted exercise programs performed at home. Chris strives to not only help you relieve your pain, but to also find and address the root cause of it.
In his spare time, Chris enjoys strength training and running. He is also a big movie buff and loves listening to music.
Pierre is a bilingual practitioner, graduate of the University of Ottawa Physiotherapy program in 2008. From 1998 to 2008, he was a Registered Massage Therapist, treating a variety of office and sports-related injuries, and promoting injury prevention.
Pierre obtained his Diploma in Advanced Manual & Manipulative Therapy in 2016, becoming a Fellow with the Canadian Academy of Manipulative Physiotherapy (FCAMPT). In 2019, he also obtained his certification in the Gunn IMS dry needling system. He now continues to seek more courses in fascial, neurodynamics, and chronic pain.
In his spare time, Pierre can be found homebrewing tasty beers, with which he has won some awards locally and nationally. He also greatly enjoys spending time with his wonderful wife and three beautiful and energetic girls, including a set of twins.
Nicholas is a graduate of the Massage Therapy program at Algonquin College and is a bilingual Registered Massage Therapist (RMT). He helps people with their daily lives by improving their current and future health. He prioritizes client-centred care to provide the highest quality treatments to his clients. Over the past few years, he has been working in a variety of settings and helping people improve with differing conditions, from post-operative, to prenatal treatments, to sport related injuries. Nicholas integrates different techniques in his practice such as active release therapy, Swedish massage techniques, and deep tissue massage.
Dr. Melissa is a dedicated and evidence-based chiropractor with a profound commitment to enhancing her patients’ quality of life. Dr. Melissa graduated from the University of Ottawa with a Bachelors in Human Kinetics in 2018. Her love for rehabilitation led her to the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College where she received her Doctor of Chiropractic degree in 2022.
With extensive experience in managing chronic and acute pain, as well as various musculoskeletal injuries, Dr. Melissa skillfully employs the principles of exercise science and the Diversified technique to provide effective treatment. She firmly believes that promoting optimal functionality and enhancing the quality of life can be achieved through the power of movement. Dr. Melissa remains dedicated to staying at the forefront of her field, continuously expanding her knowledge to provide the utmost care to her patients.
Beyond her professional endeavours, Dr. Melissa finds joy in solving puzzles, exploring new coffee shops and embracing nature through leisurely walks.
